Telehealth Adolescent/ Young Adult Services
At Toadstool Occupational Therapy we are dedicated to providing specialized occupational therapy services for people across the lifespan. Within the adolescent/young adult services, we can meet via Telehealth and complete an assessment focused on discussing your daily life and life activities, and challenges with participation. We'll work together to set goals, problem solve solutions, identify supports or modifications. Our focus is on identifying your perceived strengths and needs, problem solving through challenging situations and helping you to function at the highest level across all environments.

- interview with a standardized measure
- discussion of problem areas
- goal setting
- intervention planning
Treatment
-Tailored treatment plans developed with your input
-Online telehealth sessions to problem solve, identify accommodations and services, provide education and/or work developing on skills

4. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. We do not store full payment details. Prices may change at any time. Existing clients will be notified of updates prior to renewal.
5. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled without sufficient notice may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Package purchases are non-transferable and may expire after a set period.
6. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of South Carolina, USA. Any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of Charleston County courts.
